Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01-01-2024 

Introduction: 

This No Refund Policy applies to all services provided by VMax Fit, FitMom Club, and its subsidiaries with parent company Absolu Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (“we” or “us”). We have a strict No-Refunds Policy in place for all services offered by us to you and anybody you may represent.  

Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to “Utilization of the health and fitness consultation services in their entirety”. If you have purchased a VMax Fit and FitMom Club program/plan, you will not be eligible for a refund from VMax Fit and FitMom Club for any reason.   

Exception: 

A refund will be made if you have paid twice for your Member Account by VMax Fit and FitMom Club. Refunds will be made directly by the same method through which the payment was made unless specified to you by us. You will bear any transaction charges in such cases.   

Our Decision: 

We will review your request and decide within seven business days. We will notify you of our decision by email. 

Finality of Decision: 

Our decision is final and binding.
